Day1: Transfer to Murchison Falls

After your hearty breakfast, get ready to bit the city traffic for the Kampala Gulu highway. Make a lunch stop at Masindi town and proceed to the park, there is a choice to stop at the Zziwa Rhino sanctuary to track the white Rhinos. Check in your lodge for rest of the evening with diner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Game drive and Launch Cruise

The early morning game drive is such a rewarding drive before the sun completely comes out. This is the best time to see the lions, hyenas, leopard, and other wild cats return to their dens to rest. Some of the day playmates are waking up to  find something to  eat just like the elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, warthogs and beautiful birds singing in the trees.  You can choose to have your breakfast early enough or choose to pack it up and have it along with the adventure.

After having a warm lunch, add color to your afternoon with an interesting boat cruise along the White Nile. This is the best spot to see the falls all the way to the bottom, Nile crocodiles, the birds of Uganda including the black-headed bonolek, Abyssinian ground hornbill, African Jacana, black-billed barbet and a lot more. After the afternoon adventure, return to the lodge for rest of your evening with dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Semliki National Park

Today you have a long drive a head of you, therefore and early breakfast actually 6am, will be good. Depart the park before the sun breaks out of the clouds and have enough time on the road to Semliki National Park. The park is humble setting though interesting for those that value birding trips. Semliki is not only a great home for the birds but also interesting to cover the wildlife and primate as well as the hot springs.

Day 4: Game viewing drive and visit to the hot springs

Today you have a whole time in both the game reserve and National Park. In the park you will have a chance to  see a number of animals including the elephants, forest hogs, warthogs, buffaloes, lions and a number of birds including the rare shoebill. Thereafter drive to the game reserve that is famous for the Sempaya hot springs with packed lunch. There is so much people do around this place, some boil food, eggs to eat in the extremely hot waters, other swim on the warm ends believing for healing. Proceed with a drive to Kibale forest National Park where you will have the rest of the evening with dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

On this lovely morning, get your muscles ready for the chimpanzee tracking experience. The tracking starts at 7:30am with briefing and proceed into the forest to meet your hosts. Get your camera ready to capture a moment. You will need to be quick as these primates disappear fast in the tree canopies. Have an awesome whole hour in the forest with the chimps and also packed lunch. After your tracking experience, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 6: Morning Game drive & Launch Cruise

Wakeup to an early morning breakfast and head of for game drive along the Kasenyi tracks. The tracks are best points to meet the elephants, buffaloes, bushbucks, warthogs, Uganda kob, mongoose, lions and on a lucky day you can spot the leopard. Enjoy an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel passed the areas with concentration of hippos, numerous birds and animals lingering on the lake shores. Wind your day with a luxurious treat at your lodge accompanied by diner and overnight.

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park

Have your breakfast, enjoy an early game drive through the Ishasha sector and have a chance to view the tree climbing lions, precede with your drive the various homesteads, farm lands to Bwindi Forest National Park

Day 8: Gorilla Tracking

Toady get prepared to  meet the gorillas in their territory, Bwindi is a home to over 10 gorilla families, whatever gorilla group your permit indicates, just be ready to enjoy the adventure. Gorilla tracking starts as early as 7:30am with a briefing about the tracking conduct and then off to the forest, the tracking starts, make sure you got enough drinking water and packed lunch. Your ranger knows where best to find the gorilla, you are allowed an hour in the forest with the gorillas. After tracking you can either have your afternoon at leisure or do a community visit to the Batwa pygmies.

Day 9: Reserved for departure

This is the last day of your trip; hopefully you had a lot fun and adventure. Get ready to drive back to Kampala after breakfast. A stop at Igongo cultural center is worth a moment in Mbarara with a warm lunch, proceed to Kayabwe at the equator monument for photography, visit the craft shops and carry home some souvenirs.
